1. Age and local law
xxxvideo.chat is open to people who have reached 18 and who live somewhere that permits adult content. Using the site counts as your statement that both apply to you. Where one of them does not, close this tab.
2. What this site is
Here you find a written guide on explicit live video and one button that leads to one provider – nothing more. We operate no chat, store no user profiles and sell no products. The chat is run by a separate company whose own terms, privacy rules and prices apply; the contract you form there has two parties: you and the provider.
3. Commission on partner links
Our Start button counts as a partner link, as do a few further links. When you sign up or pay at the provider after one of those clicks, xxxvideo.chat can receive a commission, and your price stays exactly the same. Partner links are marked rel="sponsored" and have no say over the content of the guide.
4. Behaviour in the chat
Anyone in a session can end it at any moment, and that decision stands. Filming somebody without consent, harassing people, exposing their personal details and everything involving minors are prohibited; report such cases to the provider. What happens inside the chat is the responsibility of the provider and of the people taking part.
5. Money
Reading the guide is free, and pressing the button costs nothing. Whatever the provider charges for is shown on its own pages before any payment. Those prices are the provider’s business; xxxvideo.chat never handles a payment.
6. No warranty
These pages are written with care and offered as they are, without warranties. Nobody can promise that the provider will be online at a given hour, will run on your device or will match what you hope for. Where the law allows it, xxxvideo.chat does not answer for damage that a third-party service, opened through our links, may cause.
7. Regional limits
In a number of countries xxxvideo.chat cannot be opened at all, and in places that require age verification for adult sites the provider runs that check on its own website after the button. Using a VPN or a similar trick to slip past these limits is not allowed.
8. Changes
