1. This website films nobody
xxxvideo.chat is a written guide with a button that opens a live service of another company. We do not record, photograph, hire, direct or edit performers, and no explicit picture or video file is stored on our servers. The drawings on these pages – brass tokens, hooks, a coat rail – contain no people.
2. The provider holds the records
Everything you see inside the chat is created live by the performers and members of an independent provider and travels through that provider’s systems. For that service, the provider alone is responsible for checking identity and age of anyone who appears on camera and for keeping the records described in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Questions about those records belong with the provider.
3. Why no record duty applies here
Since xxxvideo.chat neither creates nor publishes sexually explicit depictions, the definitions of primary and secondary producers in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75.1 do not reach it, and no record-keeping duty arises here. Nobody below 18 is admitted to the provider’s chat.
4. If you suspect a minor
